A buyer asks "what else have you got?" How does a factory answer the same day?

"What else have you got?" is the moment factories lose orders. All you have is last year's catalog, a designer is not in the budget, and a sample takes one to two weeks. By the time you have something to show, the buyer has placed the order elsewhere.

Here is a way to go from that message to sending designs in under an hour, from a phone.

Step 1: pick a category and a few options, no writing

Open ICRE.AI, pick the category you make (say, Switch 2 carrying cases), then tap through a few option groups: silhouette, structure, carry style, surface material, graphic style, audience. Every option is factory language: "molded EVA", "book-fold clamshell", "detachable sling". You never describe a picture.

Not sure? Tap "pick for me". If the buyer asked for something specific, such as "must hold 6 cartridges" or "needs a dock pocket", type that under special requirements. That is a requirement, not a description of the image.

Step 2: wait a few minutes, get four designs

Tap "generate a batch" and close the page if you like. A batch is four designs, ready in a few minutes. The four are four different directions: one safe mainstream, one on the current trend, one differentiated, one exploratory. A conservative buyer looks at the first two, a buyer testing new directions looks at the last two. One batch covers both.

Every design is original and built to be tooled and mass-produced, not just to look good. Capacity, compartments, hardware and finishes are drawn the way a sample maker expects. Graphics are original; protected characters and brands are excluded.

Step 3: send them, let the buyer choose

Send all four. Once the buyer picks one, keep going:

• More angles: front, back and interior, so the buyer can read the structure.
• Detail-page layout: a full e-commerce listing page the buyer can test with.
• The buyer's brand on it: upload their logo or type the text to print. A mockup that already carries the buyer's brand closes very differently.

Step 4: hand the chosen design to your sample room

Renders are for choosing a design, not engineering drawings. Once a design is chosen, your structural or pattern maker produces dimensions and structure, then a sample. Same step as before. The difference is that the buyer has already said yes before you cut a sample.

What it costs

A batch of four is a fixed cost, and you pay per batch. If a whole batch fails you are not charged; if only three images come out you pay for three. Plans are on the pricing page.
