Privacy Policy

Depending on how you use ICRE.AI, we may hold:

• Sign-in email: when you sign in via the passwordless “email link”, we need your email address to send the link and identify your account.
• The content you submit: the options you select (such as form, color, style and material), any custom text you enter, and the logos and reference images you upload.
• Generated images: the product mockups we create for you, saved to your designs / history.
• Usage and billing records: the number of generations, the credits consumed, and the models used and their cost, for billing and cost accounting.
• Basic technical information: logs needed to keep the service running (such as error messages and request times), not used for profiling or advertising.

• To provide core features such as generation, design expansion, and downloads.
• To store your designs, history, and favorites so you can access them anytime.
• To meter and bill (membership quotas, one-off purchases, cost accounting).
• To ensure security, troubleshoot issues, and prevent abuse.
• To communicate with you when you contact us.

About generation: to produce the images, your generation parameters, custom text, and uploaded logos / reference images are sent to our AI model providers for processing. Please do not upload material you are not authorized to use or that is confidential.

• Generated images and uploaded logos / references are stored in private object storage and served only to you, through our authenticated routes after you sign in; the links are not public.
• Account and records (email, generation records, usage, billing) are stored in our database.
• Our staff access them only when necessary (e.g. troubleshooting, support, compliance), on a least-privilege basis.

To run ICRE.AI, we share the minimum necessary data with a few service providers:

• AI model gateway and model providers: to actually generate your designs.
• Cloud hosting and database: to run the site and store accounts and records.
• Object storage: to store generated images and the material you upload (private).
• Email service: to send sign-in link emails.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

While your account exists, we keep your designs and records so you can use them. You can contact us to delete your account and its associated data (designs, uploaded material, records). For billing, reconciliation, or legal obligations, some necessary records may be retained for a reasonable period.

We use only the session cookie required for sign-in (with security attributes such as HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite) to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data (such as encryption in transit, private storage, and access controls). Please understand that no system can guarantee absolute security; keep your sign-in email secure.

Some of our providers are located outside mainland China (e.g. the United States). Using ICRE.AI may involve transferring information abroad for processing and storage.

ICRE.AI is intended for businesses and factory operators, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. For significant changes we will update the “Last updated” date on this page and notify you separately where appropriate.
