Terms of Service

You choose a product preset and a few options (such as form, color, style and material), and ICRE.AI generates a batch of different product mockups at once; you can download the ones you like, or expand a chosen design (recolor, multiple angles, detail-page layout).

• You sign in by email via a “passwordless link”. Make sure your email is valid and kept secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must use the service for business / factory purposes and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
• Memberships and credits are purchased self-serve on the site; we may refuse or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

How billing works:

• Generation and design expansion consume credits per run. Membership comes in tiers, available as a monthly subscription or a single-month purchase, plus optional top-up packs; the price, included credits and validity of each are as shown on the pricing page and are not restated in these terms.
• Purchases are self-serve on the site and checked out through a third-party payment provider; the price and contents shown at checkout apply.

Refund & Cancellation:

• Memberships are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the current period, and you are not charged for the next period.
• You may request a refund within 7 days of payment: consumed credits are non-refundable; unused credits are refunded pro-rata at the effective price you actually paid for that purchase, and the corresponding credits are reclaimed upon refund. No refund after 7 days, or once all credits have been used (mandatory statutory rights excepted).
• If a generation fails due to our system, the corresponding credits are refunded automatically — no separate request needed.
• Refunds are currently handled manually: email hi@icre.ai to request one; after review, the refund is returned via the original payment channel.
• Your statutory rights under applicable law are not limited by this section.

ICRE.AI’s output is AI-generated and consists of conceptual mockups for style reference and inspiration. They can guide tooling, but are not engineering drawings, not final production samples, and do not guarantee precise dimensions, structure, or materials.

Before using them to tool up, sample, or mass-produce, verify feasibility yourself and validate with a physical sample. We are not liable for losses caused by adopting the output directly without verification.

• During generation we prohibit copying or reproducing copyright- / trademark-protected characters and brands (such as Nintendo IP) and the specific appearance of competitor products, and we keep baseline constraints in place; however, AI may still produce unexpectedly similar results.
• You are responsible for the copyright, trademark, and compliance of the logos, text, and reference images you upload and the design you ultimately adopt; you must ensure you hold the relevant rights and do not infringe others’ rights.
• Before using the output for sale, tooling / mass production, or commercial promotion, confirm yourself that it does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property. You bear any resulting disputes and liability.

When using ICRE.AI, you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful, infringing, or misleading purpose.
• Intentionally generate content that copies, counterfeits, or infringes others’ intellectual property.
• Upload content you are not authorized to use, or that is confidential, unlawful, or infringing.
• Attack, probe, bypass, or abuse the service or its providers’ systems, or access content you are not authorized to access.
• Resell or share accounts, or abuse quotas through automated means.

The material you upload and the images you generate belong to you (provided you comply with these terms and hold the relevant rights), and you may use them in your own business. You grant us a limited license necessary to provide and improve the service (such as generating, storing, and displaying / downloading at your request).

We strive to keep the service running reliably, but it is provided “as is” with no promise of uninterrupted operation or a specific availability level, and we may maintain, adjust, or upgrade features from time to time.

The ICRE.AI website, brand, interface design, and underlying software belong to us or the respective rights holders, and may not be copied, modified, or used commercially without permission.

The sample images on our marketing pages (the category pages and the homepage case study) were generated by us and are copyright ICRE.AI. They are shown to illustrate what the tool produces; to reuse or license them, email hi@icre.ai for written permission. Images you generate yourself are not covered here — see section 7.

ICRE.AI relies on third-party services (AI models, cloud hosting, storage, email, etc.). Your use of these underlying services through our service is also subject to their respective terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ICRE.AI is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any express or implied warranties (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service; our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you actually paid us for the service in the three months before the dispute arose.

We may update these terms; for significant changes we will update the “Last updated” date on this page and notify you separately where appropriate. You may stop using the service at any time; if you violate these terms, we may suspend or terminate your access.

The interpretation of these terms and the resolution of disputes are subject to applicable law (the specific jurisdiction is as confirmed by both parties at formal activation).
